Who we are

Cerebro BV, an EU company, is the controller of the personal data described here.

This policy covers the askcerebro.ai website only. It does not cover the Cerebro product.

Demo requests

When you submit the demo form we collect your name, company, email address and role. The form sends these details through our /api/lead endpoint to Salesforce Web-to-Lead, which creates a lead in our Salesforce org. The endpoint does not keep its own copy.

We use these details to answer your request, schedule your demo and, if you choose, set up a free Org Diagnostics run.

Analytics and session recording

We use Microsoft Clarity analytics, including session recording, to understand how visitors use this site, for example clicks, scrolling and page views. Clarity runs on every visit, including before you make a choice in the cookie banner and after you decline.

Your choice only decides whether Clarity may use cookies. Accept allows them. Decline means Clarity continues, including session recording, without cookies. If your browser does not let us save your choice, the banner shows again on your next page.

Your Accept or Decline choice is counted as an event in Clarity.

Hosting and page delivery

These services receive your IP address and basic request details when your browser loads our pages. This happens whatever you choose in the cookie banner.

• Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the /api/lead endpoint.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts used on this site.
• unpkg.com, a public content delivery network, serves software libraries used by the home page.

Cookies and browser storage

• ac-cookie-consent is saved in your browser's local storage and remembers your choice in the cookie banner.
• _clck and _clsk are first-party cookies that Accept allows Microsoft Clarity to use. Selecting Decline removes them.
• _cltk is saved by Microsoft Clarity in your browser's session storage after you select Accept. Selecting Decline removes it.

Clarity may also set cookies on Microsoft's own domains. We cannot remove those from this site, but your browser settings can.

You can change your mind at any time. Cookie settings reopens the banner. Your saved choice stays in place until you select Accept or Decline again.

Who receives your data

The providers named above receive data as described: Salesforce, Cloudflare, Google, unpkg.com and Microsoft.

These providers may process data outside the EEA.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, and for its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew.

You can make these requests to Cerebro BV. You also have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
